"Overall stay spoiled by slow service at dinner in restaurant.48minutes between ordering and first course being served.I had to go to staff to find out what was happening.The same happened to a couple on the next table.Very poor communication from staff.Spoiled the meal."

We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. "The hotel was clean and generally well kept. We enjoyed a nice stay, but a couple of things would have made things better: - On checking in, the receptionist was very functional. We would have appreciated a welcoming smile as well as being told the relevant information. - The menu needs to be updated to show what is actually served. However, nothing to stop us from returning."
