"The property is in a great location, although a bit hard to find if you're driving yourself around and searching with a GPS. Parking was convenient. We checked in about 3pm and we tried to watch the TV, not one channel was in English😌 Later we wanted a coffee, there was no milk to be found, not even at the bar. We asked about a machine they use for breakfast, that is only available for breakfast. We could not find a tea or coffee anywhere, which is just crazy for a hotel. There was a...

"Staff was a bit rude, and unhelpful. Actually not great at all."

"Our stay with Katia was great! She was super helpful, always available, and so kind during our stay. The room and everything else was so great, would definitely stay here again. Thanks Katia!"

"I had a beautiful private balcony. The breakfast was fantastic each morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean, the shower was hot, I was very happy."

"Very clean, well maintained property. Breakfast was excellent and there was a good choice of evening meal which was good value for money. The location and views were amazing. Room servicing was a little erratic, but a minor issue for us. Staff very polite and helpful."

"The room was clean and comfortable with view of the park. Air conditioning effective and quiet. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast buffet was good. Lots of choice."

"Perfect boutique hotel. Very charming"

"This is a grand central city hotel with the usual European accompaniments well presented. The staff was great, the room comfortable, the breakfast fantastic. Enjoy Palermo from the Grand Wagner"

"Amazing staff helped us with all our needs, sunrise and sunset are beautiful here! Close to all the best restaurants and the beach too"

"The accommodation is in a great central location. There were some communication issues at the start but when they did respond they were very helpful. My main issue was the lack of internet/WiFi in the room. When I contacted the staff they said they were aware of it but couldn’t do anything about it. It would have been nice to have some complimentary water in room but everything seemed to be at a charge. The breakfast was very good."
