"Great hotel but it's not in Villavicencio! It's 40+ minutes away from Villavicencio. Staff was great. Very friendly and tried their best to help. Beautiful property. "I stayed at this property as a last minute trip - the hotel was beyond my expectations. A bit outdated as it was recently purchased from previous owners but I have no doubt Tequendama Hotels will update every bit of the hotel. I rate hotel 10/10. It was absolutely wonderful."

"Un lugar excelente para una visita grata a Villavicencio Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Vanguardia Natural fue perfecta. Desde el momento de nuestra llegada, el personal nos recibió con una calidez y profesionalismo. La habitación era espaciosa, minimalista y equipada con las comodidades necesarias para hacer nuestra estadía cómoda. El desayuno incluido, fue completo y de buen sazón. Un aspecto que merece una mención especial es el servicio al cliente. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente (que finalmente se resolvió por nuestra parte) y el personal no dudó en mostrarse proactivo y atento a nuestras necesidades, lo que demuestra el compromiso del hotel con la satisfacción de sus huéspedes.
