Was not what Expedia advertised. Was supposed to have a mountain view, didn't even have a glimpse of a mountain. Pictures that were online advertising the hotel/room, did not even come close to what we experienced. Went to move the top blanket on the bed and everytime you did, dust went everywhere. Keyhole in door was open where people could see through. Door didnt even have a dedbolt. Very disappointing. Would like some type of refund. Would have never booked the room, if was advertised correctly.

Okay für eine Nacht, Urlaub würde ich hier nicht verbringen wollen. Die drei Sterne gehen in Ordnung, aber das Wasser in Schwimmbad und Whirlpool ist abschreckend dreckig.

Alles in allem ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Personal am Empfang unfreundlich und unfähig fragen bzgl. des naheliegenden Wandergebietes zu geben (auch kein Interesse Lösungen zu finden). Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgelebt. Restaurant ein absoluter Witz! 5 Mahlzeiten standen zu Auswahl, welche dem Geschmack nach nicht frisch zubereitet und lieblos wurden sind. Bedienung leider auch total überfordert. Frühstück ab 7:30 Uhr, was für ein Wanderhotel meines Erachtens ziemlich spät ist. Wir waren 7:25 Uhr im Raum, Buffet noch nicht aufgebaut und mit den Worten begrüßt „Frühstück gibts erst ab 7:30 Uhr!“. Leider wurde das Frühstück auch im Laufe der nächsten Minuten nicht besser - 3 Sorten Wurst, 2x Käse, eine unbeschriftete Marmelade und Honig. Bei einem „Sporthotel“ erwarte ich ein abwechslungsreiches und vor allem frisches Frühstück. Alles in allem Enttäuschung pur! Als wirklich schön kann man die Lage des Hotels bewerten.

Friendly service/Poor WiFi

The service and people at this hotel were fantastic. Parking is plentiful and is easy to find on Google Maps. The hotel is situated on the mountain and when traveling from the north the road up the mountain was very narrow and a little bit of a challenge. Our focus for the stay was to go hiking around Compatsch, which was down the valley and up the other side. The breakfast was full of pastries, cookies, and cold meats/cheese. If you go towards the end of breakfast the selection is sparse. The biggest gripe was that there was no WiFi in our room and our phones had no service in the area. We had to go to the lobby to access WiFi.

Das Hotel Personal war sehr freundlich und das Schwimmbad, Whirlpool, Sauna war kostenlos nutzbar. Das Frühstück war gut, jedoch war das Obstangebot überschaubar. Die Umgebung eignet sich gut zum fahrradfahren, wandern, motorradfahren etc.. Es ist dort im Ort nur bedingt ruhig, weil es viele Touristen und Hotels gibt. Im Zimmer hat man leider den Fahrstuhl und die Unterhaltung der anderen Gäste aus dem Flur gehört.

Die Lage ist herrlich und das Personal war sehr freundlich! Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt! Vielen Dank! Das Hotel ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, die schweren Schlüsselanhänger empfanden wir als sehr störend, beim Tragen sowie beim aufschließen der Türen. Im Zimmer bekommt man jeder Gespräch und Laufen auf dem Gang sehr gut mit, das ist zu später Stunde etwas ärgerlich. Der kleine Fernseher, der uns von den Geräuschen ablenken sollte, stand sehr weit weg und man hatte daran keine Freude. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber in Ordnung. Das Baden, Sauna etc. hätte wohl zusätzlich etwas gekostet, haben wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen, da sie Zeit dazu fehlte. Ich dachte beim Buchen jedoch, dass es im Preis enthalten sei. Rundum waren wir bei dem günstigen Preis und der herrlichen Lage sehr glücklich mit Allem und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sein sollten! Vielen Dank!

Siamo stati bene, il personale gentilissimo, la camera grande è pulita, abbiamo speso poco. Se si vuole migliorare in qual cosa, forse variegare la colazione con altri alimenti non dispiacerebbe, e una piscina più disciplinata non guasterebbe. Io ci ritornerei anche perché grandi pretese quando si spende poco non dovrebbero esserci. Andateci consigliatissimo (x chi non ha grandi pretese).

Das Hotel ist in die Jahrd gekommen, was weiter nicht schlimm wäre wenn die Zimmer nicht so abgewohnt wären. Die Matratzen z.B. sind derart durchgelegen, dass Rückenschmerzen nicht zu vermeiden sind. Auch bietet das Hotel leider keine Aussicht auf die tolle Natur. Es liegt neben einem Friedhof am Waldrand. Wir werden hier leider nicht wieder gastieren.
