The hotel is very dated and could use a good update. The lobby is pretty dark. The staff was courteous. The rooms carpets are pretty dirty, the curtains as well. The furniture is stained but the beds were clean. Overall, its an ok stay for one night.

The staff was amazing; however, our overall experience was very disappointing. We stayed on the 4th floor, which smelled strongly of urine, and the room itself did not smell any better. The outside of the property felt very sketchy, and my in-laws were followed by random people inside the casino. I don’t think I will ever stay here again.

What I like was the staff were very friendly. What I didn’t like, there were to much homeless people inside of the hotel parking, also the furniture were very old and damaged. And the parking lot was very dirty.

Employee and staff are very professional and helpful. As far as the property, the beds are hard, the pillows are very small, water pressure is very low, extremely outdated and it is located in a very unsafe, shady area.
