The room and bathroom were very clean, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed playing the carnival games, and loved the variety of dining options. Would recommend staying here, and can't wait to return.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is non-smoking. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. You can walk all the way to El Dorado inside. Great for families and adults. Would stay again.

Our room was great .. checkin/out was effortless. We chose "no housekeeping" and when asked "housekeeping staff" promptly brought extra toilet paper and tea and coffee supplies for the duration of our stay. The hotel is undergoing massive renovations .. much needed. Location is very good to access the three affilliated hotels which are served by transportation both to the hotel and to the airport.

Easy check in easy check out. Got in after being stuck in the snow for 12 hours , hotel staff helped me get quickly checked in and into my room. Kids had fun at the game area and adults had fun at the machines and sports betting. I like that the 3 casinos are connected so you don’t even have to leave. Food & fun all in one!
