"The location of the Sands is perfect because it’s right on the Boardwalk. The pool also has a boardwalk/ocean view. Staff was great. Restaurant & bar also on the Boardwalk. Hallways needed updating on some floors & better signage for multiple elevators is needed. Kathleen M."

"This place should be condemned! There is no way it passes codes. Unsafe, disgustingly dirty! When I say it’s horrible think of the worst place you’ve ever stayed and multiply it by 10. The man at the desk was nice though. Feel bad he has to work for such a **** hole!"
