"The hotel has a policy which is very strict and inconvenient for out of town visitors. We arrived around 11:30am and were told we could not check in, park or leave our bags in the property until after 12pm. I have a toddler who was already tired from the travel, so we waited a bit and were able to park in the garage and leave our luggage in the car. Towels and beach chairs are provided by the hotel, so we went to the beach, which is a couple of blocks from the hotel, to wait for our room to be ready. Around 3pm we got the call that we could check in and went to our room. In all of my travels I’ve have never been denied to leave my belongings on a property and for $500 a night, I expected a little more. Breakfast was complimentary but again not at the level of the price tag. It was our first time at Rehoboth beach and I think I would go back again, but I’m not sure I would stay here again due to the price and amenities offered."

"A continental breakfast was the only thing missing that would have made it that much better. However, the hotel advertised that they DO NOT offer breakfast when making the reservations. There was no false advertising, just a suggestion of an amenity that would have given the stay more for your money. All in all, it was a wonderful stay!"

"a little sandy but definitely typical of a beach property. wonderful size bed, fridge but no microwave. ac worked great and tv could support samsung screenshare. parking was a little funky but not unmanageable. would definitely stay here again!"

"Place is severely outdated and needs improvement/renovation. TV is computer monitor size hanging on the wall and barely able to see from the bed, where most ppl sit in a hotel room. Bathtub needs replaced. Toilet is weak flush. Ok for a work related trip but would be terrible for a vacation visit."
