"It was a nice stay but I found it pretty absurd that they wanted to take a refundable incidental fee of $100 for no apparent purpose since I arrived late night. The need for it was unjustified and the amount was absolutely too much for the property if they wanted one at all. I was assured it was coming right back to me the next day but it took at least a week for the pending charge to be removed from my credit card. That's simply not justified for the level of any stay anywhere much less this mid range property. The poor front desk attendant is burdened with having to spring it on guests and I felt for the reactions he must have had to deal with. I was upset but didn't blame him I assured him. However, this should be an addition to the hotel listing on Hotels.com. It should be a part of every single offered hotel's information with specifics. Late at night on a long travel no one wants such a surprise."
"The staff was very helpful and great to communicate with in helping us with early check-in and overall questions. The breakfast was great! Parking good and room was clean and comfortable. Over all great time!"
"There is not housekeeping available unless it is requested. That works for us because we are very near people but I thought that placed a lot on the housekeeping staff on rooms that were taken by up to four people and not cleaning up. It causes the staff a lot of work and tougher to get the rooms back on the availability list.
The only issue for us is no one replacing your soap, coffee pods etc., you can go to the Fr desk and they are gracious. They need to add more than one bar of soap and other items upfront. Base it on number in room. At check-in you can add.
It was a very convenient hotel to all restaurants etc.. thanks"
"It was great to have free parking.
The carpet on the stairs and hallways was terribly dirty. The room and bathroom were clean. The window blinds were broken and nonfunctional."
"We drove 6hrs to get there. Entered the tiny office to 2 rude receptionists, demanding we move our car instantly, and making me take a seat in the lobby because they were busy. One had 3 papers waving them at me, and the other being rude to another costumer on the phone. Finally got check"
