"The gym was filthy, no water and the TV stuck on loud cartoons, the pool was a bit opaque, my room had dental flossers on the floor and urine splatters on the floor and rim when I checked in, broken tiles in the bathroom, one elevator out of service, coffee machine had flooded the counter and floor and breakfast staff kept walking by, stairwells Reeked of pot and had never been vacuumed. Need I say more?"

"Clean room and spacious. Breakfast was good and plenty. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful."

"It would be great if there was fresh fruit such as berries until 9:30. My friend thinks the breakfast time should extend to 10:30 to accommodate travelers and their children. The coffee was not so good for guests near the bar after breakfast."

"Highly organized hotel and extremely helpful staff as well!"

"Wonderful hotel in super convenient location. Walking distance to Great mall with plenty of restaurants. 15mins to Silicon Valley and just close to Expressway. A lot of parking lot even on the busy weekday. George is awesome front desk, he is very kind, polite and supportive. He is the best front desk in the US hotel I have ever seen. This price should include breakfast, they serve Starbuck coffee with reasonable price. Overall is the great stay. Will definitely comeback again when we come...
