"The room was clean although had some tiny ants in the bathroom. The elevator was down for maintenance and I use a mobility scooter but they were able to book me a ground floor room. The breakfast was awesome so much more than the regular free fare. There was fresh and hot Hashbrowns, bacon, sausage and made to order eggs. Staff was very friendly. "

"Be mindful that, even though you have a do not disturb sign on your door, they will still come into your room. "

"Got there no staff we could talk to just an envelope at the desk with our name. Did a walk through the room and say that it was well below our standards. Tried to cancel immediately but nobody at Expedia would help I phoned Expedia followed the phone instructions and got hung up on several times I tried with the same disappointing results. Since there was no staff on site at the hotel all we could do is leave and pay for a service we didn’t want and couldn’t cancel. I will never book with Expedia again"
