"The staff was friendly and kind. The room was clean. The hot tub could us a cleaning it was white and cloudy, however it could be caused by the high volume of people that night using it. The tiki hut doesn't sell refreshments anymore but the pool staff were friendly and there was alot of clean towels."

"The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was comfortable and the included breakfast very good. Unfortunately there was an event the evening before our checkout that left outside the banquet rooms quite unsanitary with spilled food and beverages as well the bathrooms should have been attended to prior to quests checking out the next day as they were beyond ….."

"Hotel was overall very nice and staff were good. However the parking situation is atrocious. If you have a larger vehicle (taller than 5'10") then you cannot use the indoor parking, and if there is an event happening then you have to use the overflow around back that has no security whatsoever. I parked our campervan there but had to go back not 5 minutes later and caught 3 "persons" trying to break in. I moved the van to the front and parked in a handicap spot for a couple of hours until another "legal" spot became available. Even with that we discovered that some things had been stolen overnight."

"Outdoor grounds not cared for very well. Elevators were dirty. There was a strong odour on the main floor that we disliked. Breakfast was not well stocked and variety was poor. Room was average and showing signs of wear. stains on the bed spread even though it had a strong javex odour. Shower had very poor pressure and drain was broken. The price reflects the quality. Won't stay here again."

"Our stay was a big disappointment and I cancelled a future reservation at this location after our stay. The hotel needs a refresh as the rooms are tired with paint missing, especially in the bathroom. However, the issue was the room next to us was having a party with several people in it during our stay. While this was not the hotels fault, the way they dealt with it was the issue. We reported the noise to the front desk and they called the party room then immediately phoned us which caused the party room to get even louder, with screaming and profanity directed at us. Things did not quiet down so we called back again an hour later and the front desk staff asked us to go ask the party room to quiet down. We refused and told them to deal with it. They eventually sent someone up which ultimately solved the problem. Very disappointing experience from the hotel staff. There are better options nearby in this price point which we will be accessing in the future."
