"Only negative was now charging for parking which was not apparent when we booked"

"The privacy deadbolt didn’t work. The toilet never stopped running and had a rust stain down the back. A $25 fee is charged for a pet. I’m not sure what that goes toward. There is no refrigerator. Ice machine is not on the main floor."

"First off, the staff was very rude. No one spoke English at all, and they all had attitudes the middle of the day. There’s nobody at the front desk when you scream and ring the bell. Nobody answers there is ice buckets in every room, but no ice machine horrible the worst place I have ever seen."

"Kind of safe..room smell as they allow dogs in rooms. They claimed to send me to a level with no dogs..not true all levels have dogs smell."

"Parking was fine and well lit. No A/C in main building looks like it’s been out a long time. Makeshift ac for lobby and floor fans down hallways. Elevators were filthy and smelt bad seems they tried to cover up the smell with a floral cleaner without really cleaning it. The rooms were a little less to be desired."
