We arrived around 10pm and there were a few individuals out front smoking weed by the front door. So that was a tad of a turn off. Front desk guy was very kind and helpful. Once in our room, the bed was comfortable but the shower made a horrendous squeak the whole time you were showering. Back of tv was taped up. And upon opening our windows there was a bar sketchy neighborhood as our view. Breakfast was pretty good but staff was overwhelmed with keeping up. Coffee ran out, pancake machine ran out. Was nice to have full hot buffet though.

Everything was wonderful, other than the room had a strong odor but nothing we couldn’t fix we just got air freshener. housekeepers were great taking our trash and fresh towels everyday. Front desk and other staffs are so nice . Room was clean , Loved the pool ,gym and great breakfast in the morning . This will be our main hotel when we come back and visit

Overall, average.

We were only here for one night, and overall it was just fine. The location was kind of odd, so we originally missed our turn. The room seemed clean enough, but the shower did have some mold stains in the grout. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was basic. There was a pancake machine, but we were in a hurry. The little omelettes were probably previously frozen: they had an odd taste to them.
