"The house keeper, named Emie, is Chinese American. She is the most wonderful hotel house keeper who we ever meet. She loves her job and perform well in all her duty. On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen.
The hotel is located at the best location and all services are excellent. Concierge service helped us dealing with Airport Limousine driver who is also excellent.

"This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are spacious—a real luxury in New York. The location is excellent, and even though it’s close to Times Square, it’s surprisingly quiet. Everything was spotless, the staff were wonderful, and the food was great."
