"The staff was always available and tentative. They were so kind and literally just simply happy and in a good mood like they enjoyed being there! It was such an oasis from normal life and there was always something to do. Our room was absolutely beautiful and they took such good care of us while we were there. We had coffee on our balcony every morning and listened to the chill music playing by the pool before it opened and the fun upbeat music poolside later where we also got delicious drinks....

"Check-in was awesome. Priscilla was very nice and helpful. Went to breakfast 30 minutes before it closed. Wouldn't recommend that if you want to experience the full buffet. There were eggs, sausage, and potatoes but everything else was gone. No bread, no fruit, no oatmeal. DIY waffles was also still available. Room was spacious and clean and quiet. Check-out was also awesome."

"Only stay here if you like working for the hotel. Our keys were turned off twice during our 5 day stay; no reason given. No housekeeping, no towel service. No ice machine. Had to wait until we could make our own ice. Garbage can in parking lot overflowing for 24 hours until we reported it. Air conditioning was good. Towels were cheap."

"This is a really disappointing property on many levels. It is more of marriot mid-tier brand masquerading as luxury. It was a bit rundown generally, bathrooms have lime / calcium build up, wallpaper peeling, scuffed walls, door jams, etc. The spaces and layout is bizarre - so much dead space that looks like it’s for banquets, but visible wherever you are walking, rooms appear unfinished from a decorative perspective or lacking vision.
