"I'll begin with, the front desk person was very helpful and prompt in attempting to resolve my issues. First, the bathroom was NOT clean, dirt and hair in the shower, toilet gross! The entire room needed to be cleaned again! Also, we called ahead and asked if there was a deposit, the person said no! When we arrived, there was a deposit! Overall experience...1/10!!"

"This hotel is in a great area - close to restaurants and shopping. The clerk on duty when I checked in (evening of May 5th) didn't give me any details about the hotel (hours of breakfast, location of the pool, etc.) I'm not sure if he was filling in for someone or what. Good value for the money, though and a safe location."

"The breakfast buffet lacked coffee, had to ask and it was delivered. There was an unsupervised, sneezing child in the buffet area, witnessed the child sneezing into the bagel container. The buffet needs a drain to dump out beverages. The room was functional at best, lacked normal amenities like drawers and perhaps a microwave. Some smell in the pillows"

"The handle on the bathroom door was faulty. I thought i was stuck there. The ice vending machine did not work. their was no dustbin whatsoever in the room. No microwave either so had to get my food heated all the way near reception. Pool had murky water, definitely not well maintained.. i planned to swim but decided not to after seeing the pool :/"

"Our room did have a stained foot mat and we found a live bug but we don't think it was a bed bug. But besides that, we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very satisfying. The staff was prompt, caring and helpful."

"We stayed at this house for a short vacation, and we liked almost everything about it—the cleanliness, the organization, and the decor were lovely. The Jacuzzi was perfect in both size and functionality; while it would have been even better during warmer weather rather than such cold conditions, it still exceeded our expectations. We also made use of the grill and the fire pit, both of which worked very well. There were just a few minor details that weren't quite as pleasing to the eye—some items appeared a bit dated (such as the toilet), and the interiors of the cooking pots were showing signs of wear. The kitchen was reasonably well-stocked with some spices and coffee, though I did feel there was a rather limited supply. Overall, however, it was a great stay; the area was quiet and free of noise. We only wish the check-out time had been a bit later so we could have rested a little longer. Aside from that, we definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a spot where you can feel right at home."
