"Brewster hall was a pleasant surprise! Everything was clean and the space and beds were amazing. Felt safe, it was quiet, and a good experience. It was a large space but the rooms did not have closets, they had bars to hang up clothing. I would have loved to have seen a suitcase rack in each room and a shoe rack by the front door. But definitely not a deal breaker. We will stay a Brewster Hall every time we come to town if possible."

"Booked this hotel last minute on Expedia after traveling all day. When we went to check-in, the staff was RUDE and tried to charge us an additional $40. He refused to rent the room to us. "The hotel was awful. I was on the 2d floor, I was there 3 days 2 nights. I didn’t sleep at all it was horrible; all I could hear is people walking all night in the wee hours of the morning and toilet flushing. If all possible I would like a refund!!! "It was a nice surprise that there was a fridge and microwave in the room, which were not listed in the amenities. I paid extra for the room with a queen bed and pull-out couch so my adult child and I could have separate beds as an extra comfort for our quick stay.
