"A stunning place"

"From checkin to departure this family owned hotel was a pleasure to stay at. It has an amazing view of the Duoro valley and beautiful accommodations. They have a heated pool and asmall restaurant with amazing home cooked food! But best of all was the hospitality, Sergio is terrific. We highly recommend it!!!"

There was not much staff on the premises and we had just arrived from a Relais & Chateau which was pretty much the same price so in comparison this destination was lacking BUT if you are going to Monsaraz and want to relax after your day of visiting I would still highly recommend since nothing in the area is comparable and the place is very beautiful and enjoyable!"

"We had a great experience during our 2-night stay. Location was just a 5 minute ride to the historical area, nicely tucked away from the busy streets in a quiet area, but yet close enough to walk to an Inter-Marche supermarket & a few cafes. The Quinta is in a lovely traditional, well maintained setting & we felt very safe there. The owners were welcoming & eager to please. Breakfast was phenomenal, especially prepared for us as we were only guests there this time. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent location in the beautiful town of Monsaraz. The room was clean and spacious, well stocked and a great balcony terrace overseeing the vast plains below where we watched an amazing sunset. Many restaurants walking distance. Carlos greeted us and was very helpful helping us to out room. The property outside patio was lovely with a small pool overseeing the same view as from our balcony."

"Beautiful boutique hotel created in an early 19th century mansion, right in the middle of the old walled city. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Very conveniently located 3 minutes from the Bones Chapel and restaurants. No parking on site but free street parking from 2 PM to 9 AM just in front of the hotel or in a lot a short walk away (free all day). We travelled early May and enjoyed lounging around the pool (my daughter and I were alone). Breakfast was served from 7:30-10:30 with an...

"Não conseguimos usar o chuveiro duplo do quarto, o ralo não dava vazão para água e o boxe transbordava. A piscina "quente" não esquetava em uma temperatura agradável para utilização considerando o clima frio. No geral o hotel é muito bonito, com um vista privelegiada do por do sol, para quem procura sossego é um ótimo local para descanso. "
