Bright & clean hotel; friendly staff; good pool and hot tub. Very nice rooms (though the kitchen is really small). Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast was decent, though the coffee was not great. Note that renovations are expected so it may be noisy for much of 2024. Would definitely stay here (and at others of this brand) again!

We were in town for a kids tournament. It was very easy to find, easy to park, easy and fast check in. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The clean pool was also a big hit. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room is large. Great beds and linens! Breakfast okay. Loved the coffee, water and tea available in the lobby. Staff was friendly and efficient.

This is a go to place when you would like to enjoy a day in Sylvan Lake for a picnic. It’s 18 minutes away from the lake. The place is well maintained and relaxed atmosphere after a busy day at the lake especially for families. The rooms are equipped with basic kitchen utensils for a longer stay even. A truly home away from home. The breakfast has several choices and and their 24 hour coffee and tea beverage ( complimentary) in the lobby and little kiosk for snacks for a charge and some basic medicine is convenient as well.

Loves this hotel. Only down side was children above us running around till 10 pm in a few nights. We stayed 6 nights. Hotels should ask when booking if people have children and then put them on ground level.other than that this was a great hotel and fantastic breakfast.

Please, never hesitate to notify the front desk of any issues you may be experiencing during your stay.We definitely try to manage our room assignments for the comfort of all our guests, but it is not always feasible or an option to house all the families on the main floor, especially during busy times.We look forward to welcoming you back again soon (you may put in a request for the top floor and we'll do our best) when your travels bring you our way!

The hotel was really clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and has a kitchenette which helps to cut costs on eating out. The pool is a descent temperature. Overall, we enjoyed staying here.

We stayed here last minute as our previous hotel turned our reservation down for using our debit/credit card. Township was more than accommodating and even had a less security deposit than any other hotel we’ve stayed at using our debit credit. Will definitely be returning again
