"I was so glad to have stayed at this hotel because it was centrally located and within walking distance to all of the tourist sites in Halifax. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was super duper clean. The 2 QN beds room we stayed in was a great set-up for 3 adults M-F. The beds themselves were so plush and cozy, I had a better night's sleep than staying home. "Bed was extremely comfortable, the facilities available including the pool and gym were nice. Breakfast was disappointing because the quality was not consistent however the service during breakfast as far as the staff making sure things were clean and stations were replenished was great. "I fell in love with the lake, dining on the patio, and having breakfast was refreshing. Sitting on the lawn in the evenings, listening to my audiobook while guests swam in the lake, was also very calming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely. I recommend this hotel as an eco-retreat."
