The room was super clean. Staffs are friendly. AC was never a problem. The atmosphere is very romantic especially the pool area. Love the gym equipments. We would definitely come back again. Breakfast is awesome because the fact that you so many choices. A lot!

Extremely Disappointing Experience
Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, the housekeeping service was poor, and the staff were not helpful or professional when we raised our concerns.
The experience was so bad that we decided to check out on our very first day, even though we had booked a longer stay.
What made the situation even worse was that, despite leaving immediately because of the poor room condition and service, the hotel refused to provide any refund.
For a hotel of this standard, we expected much better cleanliness, customer service, and professionalism. Unfortunately, we feel that our concerns were completely ignored. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would strongly not recommend this hotel.
