Just outside of historic center, friendly staff

Great option for who’s coming by car to Ravenna as there is a free parking. But our room was in the basement, not getting full linger. It is also out of the historic center. Breakfast is great and staff super friendly!

Excellent Pre-Cruise Stay

Quick and easy check in process, staff very friendly. Room was modern and spacious that also had a mini fridge. 2 complimentary waters (still and sparkling) a nice touch. Quite a few restaurants close by. Good sleep. Breakfast was everything you needed but no hot items. Espresso Coffee was delicious. Check out also quick and easy. Would highly recommend. 15 minutes easy walk to train station.

Stayed one night before leaving on our cruise. Hotel is only about a ten minute walk from the train station. Clean and nice hotel with a fantastic breakfast. Staff was great as well. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

I recommend this hotel

Had a nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast is lovely and with all kids off coffees. The staff are very plesant The room to the small side but ok when only one - missed a coffee machine. Easy to walk from the train staytion to the hitel and downtown to all the sights. Recommed this hotel

Room is clean, lots of towels, well-renovated room and bathroom, upgraded lighting fixtures and good water pressure. No coffee/tea maker, had to borrow mugs with the staff who demanded that they be returned asap back to the kitchen.

We stayed here before our cruise out of Ravenna. Room is small, but good for a night. They had breakfast that was included with rooms. The only complaint about breakfast was they didn’t restock anything when it was low. The hotel was walking distance to the train station so very convenient since the taxi service was on strike. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Great stay and location for the night before our cruise. Room was clean and comfortable for my family of four. Breakfast was good as well. Appreciate the hotel sending an email a couple of months before our stay to encourage prebooking our ride to the port, as taxis and uber are scarce those morning's. Approximately a 10 minute walk to the train station, us maybe closer to 15 because of all our luggage.

The hotel is in close proximity to the train station. Our room was small but comfortable, It's relatively new and clean, the bathroom has a nice shower and a bidet.. The common areas are well lit and tidy. The breakfast was unexpectedly good with a lot of choices. The front desk staff were quite helpful and accommodating despite the language barrier. They did their best to tell us our way around Ravenna and helped us arrange for our transportation to the cruise port. I highly recommend the place.

When I checked out next morning I alerted them not to put anyone in our room today since there are ants on the bed and ants all over the floor. I sat on the sofa in the reception waiting to leave and there were two ants, obviously they crawled off me. They simply said OK, no apology or offer of compensation. I should have suspected something as there was an odd sweet smell in the room, probably bug killer, but we were pretty tired and went straight to sleep. The room should never have been given out. The room is smaller than a cabin on a ship, the tiny shower is nevertheless slippery. The mattress is the type you get with a sofa bed. The hotel otherwise seems clean.
