"Check in was a mess.
Put in all the traveller details ahead of time using the website, but then still had to use the kiosk at the front entrance to put in all the info, AGAIN. After a lengthy process at the kiosk, the screen read “please retrieve your key” . . . and literally nothing else happened. Don’t know if the machine was supposed to spit out a key, or a key card, or even a piece of paper with number on it, but literally nothing happened. A few minutes later a cleaning lady happened to...

"We loved the hotel and the staff. Small hotel with spacious clean room and comfortable bed. Room had a kitchenette with microwave/oven combo that was great for heating food we bought at the market. Location is great and staff were wonderful. They have a sister hotel close by and we went to their roof terrace and met a couple who said the other hotel was also great. I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay there again."

"What a great place to lay our heads at night in Valencia. The hotel is stylish and comfortable. It was so easy to walk out the doors and find so many options for dining, shopping and sightseeing. We caught a taxi right outside to go to the beach. Wish we stayed longer."

Ontbijt is goed,lekker fruit.

"Excellent location if you are going to the conference venue next door. If you are planning on going to the historic centre it is a little way away with the tram and metro a 5-10 minute walk away.
Room (which I think was the most basic one available) was spacious, clean and with a decent bathroom. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities, or at least a kettle, and a universal power socket."
