We arrived at 4 pm and were told we could check in but our room would not be ready for another 60 to 90 minutes. After a long day, this beyond frustrating. The staff in the breakfast area blocked our way to get what we needed and was unhelpful. The room was reasonably clean and the air conditioning was subpar.
