The staff was friendly enough. However, we couldn't check into our room until 5 pm. After waiting to check in and getting settled, they moved us to a different room on a different floor. Our new room had no closet or hooks for hanging clothing. The TV remote needed new batteries. And the Keurig was broken. I will not stay here again!

The room was nice and I loved the blackout windows. The staff is friendly. The vertex bar which advertised itself as open until midnight was closing at 10 so that was a disappointment. I purchased the $40 breakfast option and receive two $15 Starbucks gift cards so ended up losing money on that deal
