We had a great stay here as our base of operations for exploring the Black Hills area. The suite was very comfortable. The staff was very nice, and the coffee was great. Our only complaints would be the bed was a bit soft, and it would be nice to have a smart TV so we could watch our streaming services.

We've stayed many times including pre-covid. It seems there's room for improvement at Grandstay such as offering gluten and lactose free food at breakfast. The kitchen was lacking utensils. The beds were good and pool clean. I asked for clean towels daily and they did that. But you have to ask.overall, a fine stay.
