"The owner of the hotel is so kind and try to help us with maps to make our transportation easier. The hotel was clean and comfortable. If I come back to Sun moon lake I would definitely choose to stay here again. The place was also extremely safe and close to everything you need within a small walking distance. I recommend! "

"This property is exceptionally well-maintained. From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a wonderfully refreshing, subtle scent that sets a lovely tone. I was particularly impressed by the impeccable cleanliness throughout – from the elevators and corridors to the room and bathroom.
