While the elevator was out of service during our visit, the team handled the situation beautifully. They upgraded us to a stunning corner room with amazing sunset views, which was also much larger than the room we originally booked. The only trade-off was having to climb five flights of stairs, but honestly, the beautiful room and the thoughtful service made it completely worth it. They took care of storing our bikes safely, offered complimentary coffee and water, and have a great on-site restaurant with a nice bar. The bartender was super friendly and made the experience even better. The location is perfect—everything is close by and easily accessible. Plus, they even waived the parking fee to make up for the elevator inconvenience, which we really appreciated. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! The service, location, and the way they went above and beyond to make our stay special really stood out."
