"The hotel was fabulous and the staff were so welcoming and very helpful. The room was immaculate and had everything we could need. I was particularly impressed with the balcony size and furnishings - it was just perfect for sitting out watching the sunrise with a coffee. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great selection of both hot and cold. Would recommend you hire bikes and go along the promenade so many places to eat, drink and look around - the reception staff were great at...

"This is a wonderful hotel and so relaxing. The staff are very helpful, especially Harriett. Great food, excellent amenities and a very well maintained lounging area surrounding the pool. We will definitely be back!"

"Magnifique séjour. Au dessus de la ville avec l.ocean en paysage. Les petits jardins. Les odeurs. Piscine légèrement petite. Mais le reste au top. Chambre. Propreté chaque jour. Personel très charmant. Un grand merci à Marie de l accueil. Profitez..."

"Our initial room was awful. bedroom was windowless, pokey facilities. Fortunately we were switched to a totally refurbished room, one suitable for a disabled guest. Breakfast buffet was reasonably varied, pity the evening choice was not as interesting and often had gone cold. there were many staff desperate to take away used plates almost before being finished with. There was an unseemly use to offer bar services, almost before sitting comfortably at times."

"Accommodation was very clean and in an excellent location for shops, restaurants and bars. We booked accommodation with shared shower room by mistake but it turned out to be ok. Staff were very helpful :-)"

"Our room had a bad smell coming from the shower, we had to move rooms to a lower standard with no view (previous room had a balcony view) Staff were slow to respond or didn't seem that interested. After we moved we noticed the maintenance staff working on the drain outside. Other room was clean, and no smell so not too inconvenient."

"Very helpful staff and excellent place to stay....have returned several times"

"We were a family of 5 in a 2 bed apartment. Absolutely loads of space. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels every 2nd day. Staff were all friendly and even played with my son. Location is perfect. Only negative id say is the kids entertainment at night wasnt fantastic. But I dont think they had the numbers for it either as was 1st week of September."

"Check in: very quick and easy. A free taxi was used to drive our bags to the block we were staying in which was very nice. We were able to pay for a safe at 2.50 a day+10 deposit. Pool: good size, clean. Only down side was the rules of no ball games or inflatables which I hadn't been aware of before booking. I liked the glass boundary all around, great for child safety. Snack bar: lovely pizza! Apartment: living room. No air con so when sleeping on the Murphy bed it was a bit warm (I used...

"Good value for money"

"La chica de recepción nos ayudó mucho y fue muy amable con nosotros, nos dió mucha información sobre excursiones y nos facilitó bastante la vida. Hotel bonito que se estaba reformando, quizás le falte aire acondicionado pero está muy bien y tranquilo."

"The apartment was nicely renovated and had air conditioning. The apartment blocks are split over two areas, so didn’t really get the holiday feel quite as much. The pool area is quite compact and whilst we never had an issue getting a sunbed they were all very close together and not very comfortable. The pool was also built up all around it with no real breeze so felt very enclosed and quite hot. The staff were all super friendly and happy to help with anything. Sadly our apartment number 63...
