"The rooms were so small, the bathroom was a joke, it didn’t even have a counter top. The images online versus what reality was completely different. The sheets were horrible felt like sand paper. Bath towels the same. There is no A/C and you can’t open any windows as they have security locks for safety measures due to crime in the area. We would not stay here again. "

"It was hard to access and the rooms were in a circular building so the wind sounded like it was whipping around a lot like a train noise. "

"Our stay was enjoyable. The room was not the cleanest. We discovered carrots under the side table, several cobwebs in the corners of the room and the water in the bathtub trickled out. The sheets were really clean and tucked in nice and tight. The coffee was stacked and nice to have in the morning. There was even creamer! The pool was pleasantly heated, and there's so many choices of which ones to go to. Love that they had food available for purchase and a bonus. If you have children, they offer you sun lotions, glasses and little items for the sun for children. The staff is fun and really kind. They really took the time to talk and explain answers to any questions we had. All and all it was a good stay."

"I had a wonderful time at Hyatt Mission Bay! The hotel staff, front desk and housekeeping were amazing. Great customer service and friendly. Room was clean (thanks Wanda) and my 6 year old loved the heated pools! We enjoyed a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony. Perfect location. Walking distance to Belmont Park and a few mins away from SeaWorld! I’d def stay here again! "

"I am beyond disappointed with my stay at Kings Inn. The cleanliness of the room was appalling and fell far below any reasonable standard. The floors were filthy, the phones were covered in grime, and while the restrooms appeared superficially cleaned, every detail showed neglect. For over $400 for two nights, I expected far better. Worse, when we addressed these concerns with the supervisor, Ryan, he was condescending and dismissive. He simply said, “There’s nothing I can do right now.” I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place. We decided to ask for a full refund and find a different hotel. Do better Ryan! You telling us that this is not the first time someone requests a full refund for lack of quality service is very concerning."
