"The facilities itself is a little older and down the street of more of an industrial area. But besides that, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a poolside room and took advantage of the hot tub and the fitness center that’s right in the pool/hot tub area both days. We didn’t use the pool but saw a few that did. It has a simple breakfast. We ended up eating yogurt and granola both days with juice. It also had what looked like egg white patties, sausage, some bread items, yogurt and cereals. The breakfast area was kept very clean. There’s coffee and I believe hot chocolate & tea available in the lobby at all times. We stayed Thursday through Saturday. Friday evening the parking lot was completely full. It was a great price. I have no complaints at all and would recommend staying there if you need a spot while you’re in the Mesa/Gilbert areas"

"Breakfast was ok? We were disappointed with room service. We agreed to have our room cleaned on day 3 of our stay, but the waste bins were not emptied although the room service staff agreed to do this. The room was not cleaned on day 3 at all."

"The room was nice, it was simple. The bed was a mattress on a metal frame, it was a little tough. Our room smelt bad when we first got into it (like burnt popcorn) but we opened the window and aired it out. The bathroom was a bit dirty, looked like someone had taken a shower and the hard water was still on the walls and hardware. The toilet seat was broken. Not big deal breakers, just little things. I feel 3 stars is fair - it was an average room for the cost."
