"We stayed in Vivanta to attend a local wedding. Cannot fault the hotel and the staff. They were extremely hospitable, catered to all our needs at odd hours, were of great help when my son got sick in the middle of the night, gave me late check out on request. Chaitanya was very helpful, thanks."
"Hotel's location is very great. You can walking around for shopping and sightseeing. Hotel is center for visit famous place of Pune by car for 10-30 mins.
Receptionist are nice. They smile and helper, give Pune information and offer free bus for place not far .
Room rate is resonable, convinence suitable for 2 person.

"The young and enthusiastic staff (from all parts of India) were responsive to our requests for modifications to the food; needless to say this required the full cooperation from the Chef and the kitchen staff. Food was freshly prepared, tasty and presented in an attractive manner.
(We were a party of four and of a certain vintage and tended to favor our food to be on the bland side)."
"The staff were v attentive and helpful. Esp happy with Indrajit. The only negative was the fact that they on Sundays they do not have any a l carte restaurant service - we had to have an expensive buffet which we were to tired to do any justice to. "
