Good hotel, good people and convenient

The rooms are nice and cosy. Staff is also friendly. Don’t provide bathroom scale and despite my several requests, it was declined. I stayed for 2 weeks and wanted the bathroom scale which is standard in most hotels these days.

Fantastically clean with wonderful spacious rooms and lovely helpful staff. It was a joy to stay here and I would like to come again. Only issue is the internet that was complicated to join and seemed to not like foreign devices- even after I changed my sim card to an Indian one. It also disconnected when I left the building and did not automatically re-connect when I returned. Staff always sorted it out though. Other than that guests are not allowed their own guests in their room but there is not really anywhere to meet guests- just a few seats in the corridor from the reception desk to the lifts and restaurant. If one can't take anyone to one's own room the hotel needs a dedicated private lounge/ roof terrace etc. Other than that it was truly lovely. Highly recommend lovely hotel

Me and my wife stayed for 7 nights and the experience was just amazing. Courteous staff, amazing & spacious rooms, super clean, in-house food delicious. Amazing location as its next to District centre which is a food hub.

Inside Magarpatta, walkable to many places. Did not like that the room felt damp, There was only 1 hand towel, bar was closed at 11:30 PM, the quality is not marriot standard, I felt little yikes in some places while walking bare feet in the room.

Pleasant and consistent experience

No surprises. Everything was as expected and since I have been there before, my experience stayed consistent which is important sometimes. However, they can improve the wifi connectivity process as I had to sign in after every fresh login and it is cumbersome.

One issue they need to fix is that they only issue one key card per room. So if you have multiple people staying you are forced to share the card. Makes no sense as most hotels will issue at least 2 cards.

Good hotel but needs some overhaul by management

Hotel needs to evaluate their policy. I had requested my office staff to leave something for me at the concierge to collect later when I get back to the hotel. The hotel staff seemed reluctant and not happy to help. I ordered something from Amazon and even the parcel delivery was stopped by security. Felt strange as I had to go to security cabin to collect my parcel. Since there is. I completion for this hotel inside Magarpatta, they have created their own set of rules which are not the best suited for a business hotel. Management needs to review their policies and it is time to change and become more customer friendly. At times feel management team does not care due to lack of competition.

Great room size and good location

This hotel was selected mainly for its location which was close to our business needs. The room was very comfortable - almost a mini suite. Food was quite good and reasonably priced. We could see quite a few young professionals and families, which speaks for the convenience of the location and amenities. The only downside was that they could not summon a cab at short notice (required 24 hours advance intimation!). However, Uber saved the day. All in all, a good experience.

Disappointing experience - while comfy, standard of service was poor (they missed a vital wake-up call booked the night before) and the hotel is in a very busy part of town to not that handy for my various meetings.
