"bunch of issues you can’t get to your hotel with your car, had to illegally park the car and get the bags to the hotel and then park the car at a lot a couple blocks away. the room was extra small where your bags block you from walking around the bed. the bathroom was smaller than a cruise ship if you ever been on one. the sink had one of the faucets where it has separate faucet for hot and cold. then i knew we were in trouble when they put ear plugs on the nightstand due to a noisy bar...

"First place that have stayed out at that can cook evenly on both sides and present hot! Suggest any visitors down size their luggage, as stairs are narrow and steep Weather was HOT during visit yet was not informed how to - if could reach - the attic window to allow better air flow"

"This is an excellent location, about 15-20 minutes outside of Galway. The room was clean, included two twins and was comfortable. We were on the top floor which was up two flights of stairs, only annoying when bringing the luggage in. There was parking for about 6-8 vehicles in the back, we didn't have trouble finding a space but the lot was full each morning. "Staff was extremely helpful and made our trip there a wonderful experience. We used this location to explore multiple Ireland towns and places. We ate in the restaurant most nights, had a pint in their onsite bar, while listening to live music nightly. Free cook to order breakfast was included in our stay and the morning staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally we took advantage of the free shuttle bus that you could catch just across the street. Highly recommend!"

"The toilet kept running all night, then ran out of water in the middle of a shower. Texted the property owner, who failed to respond. The staff at the coffee shop below was very nice, and they tried to help, but they did not get a response from the property owner either."

"Our only regret staying at the Waters was that we only booked one night! The setting and facilities were phenomenal, and our hosts took such good care of us. We stayed in the Granny Flat, so had our own little hideaway right next to the main building, giving us close access to the bar/lounge and spring, but plenty of privacy too. Had a fantastic full breakfast, and stopped by the nearby Newtown Castle at the Burren College of Art for a visit. Would recommend very highly and would love to go...

"Very nice place for a reasonable price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was underground parking. Only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Latin quarter for $13 euro cab ride. While we were there we saw cleaning going on lots. vacuuming, sanitizing door handles and railings etc."

"This place was in a good location. All the room items were up to date and looked great. The only challenge was the tv satellite antenna did not work (we were trying to watch the World Cup games) and the image came in distorted and mostly it said the connection wasn’t good. The floor heater was also locked and so we couldn’t turn on the heater. Check in was a little difficult and the machine wouldn’t let us check in. Luckily a manger happened to be in the building and helped us get the machine...
