Really amazing and helpful staff. Everyone was operating with a five star attitude. The hotel is a little older and does need some love though. A few coats of paint and some repairs would bring the item back to five stars.

Reminds us of The Plaza NYC

Outstanding hotel, while immediate entrance looks questionable the furnishings in the guest quarters on the 2-3rd floors are like a museum. Rooms are spotlessly clean. An unusual surprise in the new part of Ragusa.

We had a lovely stay at the Relais Antica Badia. The team were just fantastic in keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was amazing and the little daily cakes and evening chocolates made it special. They even did a small breakfast birthday cake for my wife. The hotel location is good with lots of nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The location is also good for accessing Ragusa Ibla via the steps. The local bus station to Modica and Scicli is also an easy walk. We thoroughly recommend a stay here and would certainly stay again.

Place was clean, well located and friendly staff. The breakfast was the best we had over the 8 different properties we stayed in. Home cooked dishes which were delicious. Room was a postage stamp, but clean and during a hot summer night the AC was super powerful. Def recommend the place.

Amazing hotel with caring staff

The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful; Marisa and Lucca welcomed us with lots of helpful tips and even made reservations on our behalf for dining out. The breakfast is set in a gorgeous space in this beautiful hotel; lots of delicious options. Kurt, Laura and Catalina went the extra mile to make us feel at home during breakfast. Top notch hotel!

Very nice stay in Ragusa! The location was convenient to new town sites and walk to old town. The bathroom was huge!! Not too much street noise and right across from a beautiful church. We even received turn down service. Breakfast buffet had many options and was in an elegant room. Very clean and safe property. Parking can be challenge but we did find a pay spot nearby.

Great surprise! Wonderful hotel built on original historic architecture in the center of town. We arrived late but were greeted so well by Michel. He was very helpful as were the other staff at the front desk. Highly recommended. Can't wait to go back! Oh yes, and lovely breakfast space.

Good location in centre of town opposite cathedral though a bit awkward parking outside hotel whilst checking in. Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast in ornate ballroom. Booked a deluxe room but it was a bit dated and small, quite dark with a modular plastic shower unit.

Amazing place in upper Ragusa

Very nice and stylish place, a mix of all the new Dry across the cathedral on the newer part of Ragusa, about 30 minute walk from the core of the old town. Really nice service, they booked us a table for dinner. Breakfast was really good, though if you like warm dishes, that were none. Definitely highly recommended. The pillows and the mattress a bit on the firm side, just FYI

Wonderful experience at this hotel which is in a renovated palazzo. The front desk staff were wonderful and friendly, especially Marisa who recommended the zucchini pizza at the restaurant around the block. The room was fine, very comfortable bed. The morning breakfast was laid out the grand ballroom and there were many options to choose from in the buffet. We felt very well cared for from start to finish. Our only regret was that we were just staying one night. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel is a lovely property. It’s an old building so some part of the roof is low. We had an issue with our AC but hadn’t changed room but was offered a drink and the a la carte breakfast from the hotel, they also comped our spa visit. The spa wasn’t that great the steam room never gathered enough steam to feel the effects but the sauna was working well. The local area is good, a few bars and restaurants, but please book on a weekend as we couldn’t get a place on a Saturday anywhere. You can walk to the old town but be prepared it’s extremely steep walk. The staff are super friendly and couldn’t do more to help you. Total would recommend the stay as a great stop over to see the town.
