You get earlier access than everyone in the morning when the gates open and get a view of it lit up at night. You also have to dine at the restaurant while you’re there. 10/10 all around! Courteous and professional staff, great food and plenty of activities to enjoy, e-biking, cooking classes, kayaking, walks to mention a few. The beauty and the respect for the sorrounding natural reserve makes you fall in love at first sight. We will go back to Adler Siculiana at some point as only a few 5 star hotels in Sicily can offer the same experience"
