"Right at the check-in, I was told there's no reservation under my name so I had to pay again (will have to dispute double payment), no air conditioner, moldy room, bathroom not so clean with no towel racks, smelly bed linen, pillow case with blood stain, noise road by the room, no lobby area or common kitchen facilities--it doesn't look like the pictures show. Location was okay and the staff (Joaquim) was very friendly."

"The Room with the patio was spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very good, with good pressure and hot water. Breakfast was served from 7 am and everything was delicious. The Breakfast was served in a beautiful 'courtyard'. Room service was always delivered very quickly. Service was top-notch. As a Expedia Gold member I got a complimenary bottle of wine and a nicely stocked mini fridge with juice, sodas and snacks."

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Fleur De Lys even though we were only there for one evening. The hotel was charming and clean and the staff was very helpful. We booked the suite with the jacuzzi and really enjoyed soaking in the tub after our day exploring the city. The room was spacious and cool. The breakfast in the morning was simple, but included eggs and pinto gallo so it would be a filling breakfast for anyone who enjoys those meals."
