"La relación precio calidad de las instalaciones del hotel es perfecta. El problema fue que se desapareció una Dyson de mi maleta y nadie respondió ni se hizo responsable . Se preguntó dos días seguidos y solo respondían que era imposible porque todo tenía cámaras pero jamás me dijeron que revisaron ni dieron seguimiento ."

"If you have young children DO NOT stay here. This isn’t a sanitary hotel to stay in. We were given a room that smelled like an outdoor homeless shelter, it reeked of urine. We got a second room that smelled the same but less intense. The parking area had large amount of VOMIT and the outside had hotel mattress on the outside ! It’s disgusting filthy place. Skip this hotel at all costs. The front desk lady tried to help us and we have no issues with the staff. The hotel is just not sanitary and...

"Bugs in the room and fridge. You need your key to access the front door of the hotel due to security issues. Staff didn’t know of a restaurant in another hotel 50 yards away. Sketchy area in general, very few amenities close by"

"Great hotel 7 mins from the Airport. Front desk ladies and gentlemen were very nice! Had an issue with our shower and they fixed it immediately. Will stay here again."

"Room neat. Minimal staff. Did not do breakfast. A/C worked well."

"A welcome card in the room was a nice touch. Staff were friendly, gave information on local attractions both within walking distance as well as in the city. The pool area is quiet, few peacocks. One could easily spend the entire vacation at the hotel without stirring out! I will definitely pick this place when I return to Austin."
