"I chose this hotel based on the reviews, but I was disappointed. The building resembles a motel more than a hotel, similar to a Super 8 style. You check in and then drive around the building to access your room. Although it has been partially renovated, it's still a very old structure. Additionally, it has the typical smell of a motel, likely coming from the carpet. The elevator is quite small, accommodating only two people with luggage at a time. If someone posted similar detailed reviews like above, I would not have chosen this hotel."

"Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was nice and clean. Bar in lobby was active with pool table and games. Parking lot has security guard on site. Food truck on Saturday morning/afternoon had good food and convenient since we were headed to COTA MOTOGP for the day. 1 out of 2 elevators was broken. "

"Please please please do not stay here. I literally had my IPad stolen by the staff and ended up in a 24 hour long battle to get them to return it. I showed management the “Find My” app to prove they had it, but they continued to say they didn’t. It took me threatening to call the police for them to go “Find” it magically."

"No complaints about the hotel itself. The first night I was awakened by what sounded like equipment noise presumably coming from I-35 construction - I could hear beeping of construction equipment backing up, scraping of what sounded like metal excavators on cement, and booms of what sounded like blocks of cement being dropped in dump trucks. The other 3 nights of my stay didn't have that issue. The construction related detours and lane closures also makes driving the area a bit trickier. The I-35 frontage road between Stassney Rd and Ben White Blvd is also not pedestrian friendly as it lacks paved sidewalks in some areas."

"The staff were very inattentive. They did not go over and above. There are no restaurants within walking distance. They had an automatic air freshener in the hallway that tried to mask the smells of people cooking in their rooms that made the combined scent worse."
