"Parking on street with construction vehicles driving back and forth next to you. Check-in area was not marked well. No-one under little tent table to direct to location building for check in. Staff was very polite. Staff was not on same page with answers to questions: towels at Hot spring cavern??= yes and no and don't know, restaurant info.? = only serve coffe shop sandwiches, yes, separate menu, not sure, etc. Loud construction noise and backhoe type beeping right outside our front door for several hours the Friday we arrived. Staff was very prompt and accomodating with golf cart rides to pools, crater, etc."

"Huge apartment style suite. Balcony with hot tub. Fireplace. Shower stall for 2, likewise huge tub for 2. King Bed with very comfortable mattress. Full kitchen with very large refrigerator, large microwave, cook-top, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, glassware, etc. Great for active family or very friendly couple. Or tripple. Or ?? BUT ! Only 2 chairs for the dining table. Useless TV due to weird remote and no instructions. Bed sits on a platform with storage drawers; nice, but puts the mattress nearly FOUR FEET above the floor !!! Suitable for young, athletic acrobats, NOT for mobility challenged seniors . . . No 'free' breakfast nor any restaurant on premises. Close to lots of trendy and 'normal' shopping and eateries."

"Beautiful clean room with a patio to enjoy the mountain air. There was an issue with our reservation- we reserved a 2 queen bc it was me my partner and his brother staying there, but when we got there, they only had a single king. The staff was helpful upgrading us to a 2 room suite to fit our situation, so we appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help."

"Gas fireplace outside isn't working the side door slams so hard I think the glass is going to break the air in the swimming pool area doesn't seem to circulate very well it's very hot and humid inside there but we love the people and the hotel room is clean and quiet my wife and I go and stay almost weekly at this hotel and breakfast is always great and so is the staff"
