The whole experience was awful. I booked the condo 5 months in advance for a group to celebrate my birthday. I booked the 3 bedroom loft on expedia thinking I was going to get the condo in the photos. We got there and it was half the size sqft and in the oldest part of the building (2 blocks from the front desk area).
The condo looked nothing like the one in the photos. It had dirty carpet, 1 out of the 3 window AC units worked. No elevator, no dumpster for trash, no clear communication. Maintenance guy came to check the ACs, said he would be back and never came back. I was told 2 weeks before our check in date we could pay for another car pass to park our other cars at the condo. Day of they kept saying they didn't know if they could provide one and to call after 9pm. Called and said no passes. The hotel was not packed/fully booked. I asked multiple times to have a manager call me to talk about what is happening and for 3 days now, nothing. I would say you get what you paid for but this place was not cheap. I don't recommend staying at this lodge unless you want to be disappointed.
