The view from the room on the ocean is amazing. Do not expect 5* service or amenities even though the staff was very nice. The Spa is also amazing with unlimited access when you sleep at the hotel. The dining option are not amazing and when we arrived, the restaurant was already full for the following 4 days and the dining option around are quite low, you need to take the car to go to the city center.

The property was right on the water. The view was beautiful and the staff were kind. Unfortunately the room was tiny. There was little choice for meals, eg an expensive breakfast buffet was the only option in the morning. There was also only one person working at reception so check in and check out were really slow.

Did not meet the standards for a hotel of this grading. Despite contacting the hotel directly no provision was made for a disabled visitor. On arrival only explanation was that Expedia pricing did not allow for this. Only solution was to pay additional charge of >1K euros for a suite. No warning of need to book dining months in advance of visit. Overall a very disappointing visit

Mixed Feelings: Dated property with excellent team

Very mixed feelings. The property feels more like a Mercure than a luxury hotel. The bathroom, especially, looks like its straight out of the 1990s. Rooms are very small - New York or Paris size, but not what I'd expect in a provincial resort place. Breakfast is plentiful, and view if you have a Seaview are amazing. The back views 'terre' are more akin to a carpark view. That said, the property is super clean and the front desk and concierge are lovely.

Schön mit vielen Abstrichen

Die Classic-Zimmer sind weit entfernt von dem, was auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, die Zimmer heizen sich schnell auf und es wird unerträglich warm. Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel könnten die Zimmer etwas größer sein. Alles war sehr sauber, das Reinigungspersonal war super freundlich. Es gibt eine Online-App, um Angebote zu sehen. Man kann alles mögliche in den Warenkorb legen - dann geht es nicht mehr weiter. Zudem war ein kostenloser Morning Kurs dort aufgeführt, hat aber nicht stattgefunden. Weder der Fitnesstrainer hat mir dazu Auskuft geben können, noch der Concierge. Ich wurde nur hin- und her geschcikt und habe es schließlich aufgegeben. Der Pool und der Fitnessraum sind super, man kann dort auch zur Hochsaison immer schnwimmen und trainieren, da ist nicht viel los. Die Lage ist traumhaft! Für das Restaurant muss man mindestens drei Tage vorher reservieren. An haben ersten Abend sind wir in der Bar gelandet und haben dort gegessen. Zum Club-Sandwich gab es Möhrensalat, aber kein Besteck. Auf Nachfrage haben wir Partyspießer bekommen. Schön, wenn man in einem 5.Sterne-Hotel den Salat mit den Fingern essen muss. Wir sind abends abgereist und haben nach Gutschrift des Frühstückstücks gefragt. Das war nicht möglich, nicht mal gegen einen Gutschein für die Bar - Personal unflexibel und teilweise arroganter Service. Nicht überall fühlt man sich willkommen. Alles ist wahnsinnig überteuert. Es geht besser, z.B. im Koban im Mercure um die Ecke.

Es war leider für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse nicht akzeptabel, dass man ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage bewohnen muss. Wir hatten saunaartige Temperaturen auch zum Schlafen und keinerlei Möglichkeiten zum Durchzug. Nachts bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen, wirkte bei der gut besuchten Promenade nicht einladend. Das hoteleigene Restaurant war stets ausgebucht und auch für Hotelgäste nicht speziell reservierbar. Zum Frühstück konnte man sich den 10 minütlichen Weg aussuchen - durch die Parkplätze oder durch das Gewirr der Hotelgänge

Un cocon pour des moments de bonheur.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel, tous le personnel adorable, réception, conciergerie, restauration, service chambre. Un buffet de petit-déjeuner grandiose. La situation de l'établissement calme ma proche de la ville. Un rafraichissement des chambres serait apprécié. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette établissement.

Excellent séjour au Sofitel Quiberon. Personnel charmant et très attentionné. Petit déjeuner superbe avec des produits frais et locaux. Parking à 15€/jour (à savoir). Sauna et parcours marin très bien (sauf si il y a du monde...où cela devient vite serré). Je comprends les commentaire sur la "vétusté" des lieux mais pour un hôtel de 1964, je le trouve très bien entretenu et satisfaisant. Je suis ravie de mon séjour.

mon expérience au sofitel Quiberon

Bonjour, J’ai passé un très bon séjour au Sofitel Quiberon. Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, et l’équipe en salle de restaurant se distingue par sa gentillesse et ses sourires, ce qui est très agréable. Le diner à été sublime. Merci au Chef. En revanche, j’ai constaté que la chambre présentait des signes de vétusté, ce qui a un peu terni l’expérience. L’espace détente est par ailleurs très agréable et parfaitement aménagé et très propre. Toutefois, la diffusion d'une musique trop forte m’a contraint à quitter le jacuzzi plus tôt que prévu, ce que je regrette. je suis venu chercher du calme. Merci néanmoins pour l’accueil et la qualité générale du service. Loic LG

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet établissement. Pour un hôtel 5* la chambre est assez petite, notamment la salle de bain. Une profonde rénovation serait nécessaire pour gagner en confort. Belle vue mer, on regrette le bruit et la vue des souffleries des piscines. Le parcours marin est agréable bien que le lieu ne soit pas magnifique. Le personnel de l’accueil est sympathique. Nous avons consommé au bar un cocktail, en guise d’accompagnement nous avons eu quelques cacahuètes banales bien présentées, un peu décevant pour cette gamme d’hôtel.

L'hôtel est très bien situé. La chambre que nous occupions avait une très belle vue sur la mer. Le petit-déjeuner offre une grande variété de produits. Les installations de thalassothérapie sont de qualité L’hôtel est à 20 mn à pied du centre ville, ce qui donne l’occasion de faire une jolie promenade

Établissement de haute qualité avec un personnel aux petits soins à l’hôtel ( entretien , restauration et administratif et sur la thalasso . Une soirée du 31 superbe , merci au chef cuisinier Un lieu aussi pour les animaux 🐶👍 Les moins : une chambre petite , trop petite à ce prix . Et à la thalasso mettre du thé ou tisane froide avec plusieurs goûts .. se serait top !

Foncez c’est que du bonheur !

Un pur plaisir comme d’habitude ! Je crois que c’est mon hôtel préféré ! Accueil personnalisé, souriant, disponible un vrai cocon haut de gamme sans être mondain et snob… on adore ! Nous sommes traités comme des rois … Nous avons deux chiens qui nous accompagnent à chaque séjour et qui sont les pachas du moment. Bravo et merci à toute l’équipe !

Sofitel ancien , chambre sans clim inconfortable

C’est un beau centre de thalasso , mais le sofitel n’est pas au niveau . Établissement ancien , sans clim . Pendant 6 jours nous nous sommes plein des 26 degrés dans la chambre .( éviter la chambre 46 , c’est un enfer ) . Obligé de se le er la nuit pour ouvrir la fenêtre au RDC pour faire entrer de l’air frais ( le 30 octobre ) . Le personne le n’a réussi qu’à nous dire je comprends , mais aucune solution .

Très loin du standing attendu pour un 5 étoiles. Esthétique vieillotte et froide. Accueil impersonnel avec attente debout. Chambre minuscule, rideaux opaques mal accrochés. Salle de bain de studio. Finitions à désirer. Espace détente décevant côté femme : hammam petit et tiède. Le petit-déjeuner sauve l’expérience, de qualité avec personnel agréable. Bien sûr, ce commentaire dur et exigeant est à mettre en rapport avec le prix de la nuit.

Essayer une fois c’est l’assurance de revenir !

Nous avons été placé dans l’ancienne aile diethetique. Appelé aujourd’hui « Océan » Au niveau confort rien à redire tout est identique au sofitel thalassothérapie nommé «  corail ». À un petit détail près 😅 La distance à parcourir pour le restaurant ou le petit déjeuner relève du parcours du combattant. En comparaison les distances dans les hôtels Disney sont réduites. La prochaine fois je préciserai lors de la réservation le côté «  corail » À part cela … séjour de rêve comme toujours !
