We got in the shower and there was literally a ball of hair from the previous guest there. The room needed a good mop. You can hear everything from that room. In one of the nights they were doing construction until 2-3am in the morning. Not caring whatsoever for guest that are staying there. "The hotel Villa Serena is close to shopping and dining. My room was very small. Even dough there is a small area where they can put a small table. For the luggage or personal things. Is good that it has great AC and hot water. And Wi-Fi. That is a plus. It is a little bit noisy. But I that might be normal. Overall is comfortable enough to spend the night. The staff was very nice also. Very helpful. "

"Staff were not helpful. We stay to eat at one sushi restaurant inside but we order stake for dinner. Food was not cooked well and waitress didn't even came onces to check on as. I have to ASK multiple times for water. She didn't check on as about our food or drinks, but yet when it came to the tip it was included in tbe bill. We had no choice. Pool need to be clean. Lots of dead bugs in the pool. For a hotel that apparently is one of the best in el salvador. I would say absolutely NOT. ...
