Muy mala limpieza y poca empatía en la atención.

La limpieza en general muy mala, había cabello en la coladera de la regadera, la ventana de la habitación muy polvosa, las sábanas con manchas, no había shampoo y jabón en mini- mini-mega-miniatura para dos personas.

Es una buena opción para pasar la noche, queda cerca del centro, rápido accesos a las vialidades principales, un lugar tranquilo no hay ruido, si buscas algo económico y limpio, este es el lugar.

Desde la llegada el trato de la recepcionista no fue amable. Las puertas de los cuartos no funcionaban bien. No puedes dormir debido a la incomodidad de la cama y a los ruidos toda la noche. ( lugar nada familiar).

Me hospedé durante 3 noches. Un hotel muy pequeño, cuartos pequeñitos pero cómodos, una buena cama, el cable y tele funcionando. Lo mejor es que hay un pequeño portón por fuera, te dan la llave, así que no necesitas pasar por recepción cada que entras.

Es un lugar muy razonable para pasar unas cuantas noches en Qro. El precio es justo y está bien ubicado; las instalaciones son buenas y tienen lo necesario para el hospedaje. Lo único que no me gustó fue que las sábanas tenían manchas visibles, de qué, quién sabe...y de ante mano sabemos que ese tipo de artículos no son nuevos o de primera calidad sin embargo me parece deben cuidar esa imagen.

Mal ubicado, está dentro de una colonia con calles muy estrechas difícil de transitar , sin estacionamiento sin clima, los colchones viejos y en malas condiciones la habitación muy chica difícil el acceso para llegar al "hotel"
