Muy agusto! La persona que nos atendió siempre muy amable y servicial, el lugar limpio y las camas de lujo con esas almohadas! Mi sugerencia para darle un plus es poner un espejo de cuerpo entero. En nuestra reservación mencionaba un balcón y no tenía pero eso no hizo que no nos gustara. La arquitectura súper nos encantó!

Mi triste historia

Les cuento mi triste historia : Acto 1: llegó a la unidad y es un Airbnb Acto 2: llegó al departamento y no me habían enviado la clave de acceso , el guardia no sabía cómo accesar y no le contestaban para que me enviaran el código de acceso Acto 3 : faltando a las reglas del condominio una terrible fiesta que también parecía hotel de paso al lado de nuestro cuarto Acto 4: En punto de las 11:00am una mujer prepotente que parece policía te quiere sacar de departamento con una actitud de cero tolerancia como si estuviéramos faltando a la regla más prohibía del supuesto hotel, yo pensando que era hotel pensaba que el checkout era a las 12 y sin dormir porque nadie paró la fiesta de al lado pero esta señorita te corre y se indigna porque dice que es su trabajo En fin la peor experiencia por favor NO METAN AIRBNB en su plataforma de Hoteles.com

La habitación muy bonita y cómoda, todo nuevo y muy limpio. El único inconveniente es que no tiene estacionamiento cerrado, tu vehículo se queda en un estacionamiento al aire libre junto al edificio pero directamente a nivel de la calle y sin ningún tipo de restricción de acceso o protección más que las cámaras de vigilancia y el vigilante que les hecha un ojo.

El cuarto aunque sencillo estaba muy bonito. Me preocupaba que no hubiera recepción pero siempre hay un vigilante que te orienta. Todo muy bien!

Mala comunicación y servicios

Las contraseñas para entrar eran incorrectas yo llegue en a las 23:00 hrs y tarde cerca de 40 min en qué alguien me ayudara en las instalaciones para poder entrar .Aún hay albañiles trabajando y dejan de trabajar a las 21:00 e inician a las 8:00. Al entrar a la habitación ví que las almohadas estaban en el suelo.

Un buen Departamento con decoración estilo industrial y agradable . En cercanías con puntos de interés aunque no caminable . Y el estacionamiento es externo, en la calle y no da mucha idea de seguridad total para el auto. Bien equipado y con personal de portería amable. No funcionaba el elevador .
