"I wanted to be close to my sister's place in the Upper East Side so the location worked for me. It can be a challenge to find a room with 2 beds in Manhattan but we found one here. There was a convenient deli around the corner and the ferry boat was a short walk away on the East River. The 96th St.Subway station was close too. The staff were pleasant and the room was nicely appointed. "

"We stayed 3 nights, Tuesday to Friday. The service was awesome. Our room and the facility were clean and organized. The staff seemed well balanced and not over loaded. They were very responsive to our requests and the shop had the last minute things we needed. Great view from our room! And it's located close to everything Time Square! "

"Property is 16 minute walk to Union Square area. Very pleasant even during the evening. Lyft rides are easy to get, the entrance to the hotel is off the main road so it is quieter. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant. "
