"This was just the most perfect hotel for us (3 night break with friends). The location could not be better with easy access to sightseeing and shopping areas. Reception staff were so helpful and the cocktail bar was buzzy. Rooms comfortable and wide choice of breakfast. Highly recommend."

"It was OK. Our room (309) was one of the smaller ones, despite being a larger 'premium room'. The bathroom needed maintenance. The roughly patched ceiling and rotten door frames weren't great. The selection at breakfast buffet was good, but the service was inconsistent. One day staff were great - another day we were ignored. The 'free bottle of wine' was actually a bottle of water."

I arrived by plane and had to turn off my antivirus at the airport to receive the codes, even though the anti virus warned me multiple times about known threats. "The room is fairly big, with a microwave, stove top and mini kitchen, a couch and a desk. Could easily sleep 3-4 Check in is fully online and key code. Very convenience if that’s what you prefer. The room is not very clean. Lots of dust and stains. Noise isolation is non existence. We could hear people upstairs walking, talking.
