"C’est neuf, ça c’est super. Malheureusement il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et l’entrée est sur un coin de rue, l’accès et te départ pas évident. Le ménage n’était pas parfait. La thermopompe est tombée en erreur pendant la dernière nuit. Bien situé et très beau."

"Being a hotel downtown with only 4 elevators, the wait was over 30 minutes to get to my room each time I used the elevators. The reception staff had no idea where people with larger cars can park and the cost of parking..? Triple charges for room incidentals? Terrible service. Not recommended"
