Shabby room. Leaking bathtub and worst…a hole in the ceiling above the toilet which began leaking overnight. Too bad…could be a nice little Parisian feeling small hotel with a little more love and attention to detail.

Great location, close to everything, walking distance to many restaurants, shops, tourist attractions. The Hotel, could use some major updates, as the deck off my room, seemed close to collapsing. WIFI wasn’t the greatest. We were allowed to drop off our luggage as we arrived several hours before check in time. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This property is in the heart of Old Town Quebec. The location is prime and walking distance to all of Old Quebec. The hotel is boutique style so it is old. The pictures show way different than expected. Rooms are extremely small, not clean. This hotel has no receptionist. Across the street at

Bigger than expected. Had a little living room. Coffee maker microwave and mini fridge was convenient could bring leftovers from restaurants back to hotel. Close to all the popular tourist spots.

Very convenient location. The staff at Hotel Arcadia was very helpful & friendly. I think his name is Charles. However, room is very small & not sound proof. Strange smell when coming in to the main area from outside.

Room was clean, close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful historical area. I felt misled, however. The website says Parking Available. What they meant was Public Parking was available if you walked about 5-7 minutes away with all your luggage. The site said there was limited uncovered parking on site. I had to call when I got there to find out where to park and was told there was none on site. It was private behind the hotel. This should be posted on their site. Also, security chain on our bedroom door was broken.

We always stay in this style of accommodation in QC. In this instance, property images did not match reality. We read the reviews and were not expecting all the bells and whistles, but this property fell short of our modest expectations. Phone contact was polite and professional. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean, but the condition of the common areas and room were not. An easy and inexpensive suggestion, replace the dirty, black stained shower curtain. Perhaps replace what appears to be a collection of uni student cast-off furniture. Overpriced given the condition.
