Nice hotel, recently renovated, building works still going on which we weren't warned about. Think the 5 star is generous. Staff nice, but did not offer a 5 star service - no availability of an early check in, no safe place to leave bags. Bedroom nice, but bed quite small & no high end toiletries ...

Hôtel Palace Royal Centre-Ville par JARO
Loud room smelled strongly of chlorine from pool below. Bad room layout. Curtains were fake and didn’t close!
